A: You will receive an email with a certificate of completion once we have reviewed your program submission.
Q: My program plan was approved, but I want to add/change something. Can I make edits after the program is published?
A: Users cannot make edits after a program is published. If you notice an error or want to edit your program, please email us at info@therapeuticrecreation.org for assistance.
Q: How do I find the CEUs for the program plans that I’ve posted that have been approved?
A: A CEU certificate for your program plan submission will be sent to you by email.
Q: How long will it take for my program to be approved?
A: We will do our best to review and approve programs within 72 hours of submission.
Q: Can the CEUs I earn by completing continuing education courses be counted towards academic credit hours?
A: Completing our courses enables you to earn continuing education units (CEUs). However, these CEUs cannot be counted towards academic credit hours to assist you in meeting the requirements to complete the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC) exam and become a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).
