There is increasing evidence that exposure to plants and green space and particularly to gardening is beneficial to mental and physical health.
Goals:

Helping Hands

This is a program that offers residents a sensory experience through gentle hand massages, aromatherapy, calming music and warm towels. This program provides a "spa like" experience where the residents feel special and cared for.

The purpose of the Through My View program is to help adults with a mental health diagnosis explore their self-concept through symbolism and consider what shapes their willingness to share this part of themselves with others.

Modified “Kintsugi”- Finding Beauty in The Broken

A kintsugi-inspired program using art and reflection to mend “broken” pieces, encouraging resilience, self-compassion, and emotional wellness.
